1. What we collect
- Checkout information: name, email, payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
- Download logs: IP address, user agent, timestamp when you access your delivery link.
- Support correspondence when you email us.
2. How we use data
To fulfill orders, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and provide customer support. Download logs are retained as proof of delivery for digital goods transactions.
3. Third parties
Payment processing: Stripe, Inc. Hosting: Vercel. Database and file storage: Supabase (order fulfillment only).
4. Retention
Order and download records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and chargeback defense. CSV delivery links expire after 72 hours.
5. Your rights
Contact support@leadpackdata.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
