1. Digital product
LeadPack Express sells digital CSV files containing business contact data ("Lead Packs"). Products are delivered electronically after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
2. License
Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased data for your internal B2B sales and marketing operations. Resale or redistribution of raw lead files is prohibited.
3. Delivery
After successful checkout, a download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 10 minutes. Download activity is logged for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
4. Refunds
All sales are final once the CSV file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical delivery failure without a successful download, contact support@leadpackdata.com within 48 hours.
5. Data accuracy
Emails are SMTP-verified at time of delivery. Business contact data may change over time. We do not guarantee future deliverability after delivery.
6. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state privacy laws) when using purchased data. We provide business contact information; you must obtain any required consents.
