Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 16, 2026

LeadPackData sells a digital dataset delivered as an instant ZIP after Stripe payment. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel after purchase.

No refund after download

Because the product is a downloadable digital file, sales are final once the ZIP is delivered. We cannot take the file back. Chargebacks after a successful download revoke the license.

Failed delivery

If Stripe captured payment but the ZIP did not download, use the contact form within 48 hours with your Stripe receipt email. We will redeliver the file or refund that failed delivery.

Accuracy

Capture date is October 15, 2026. We do not refund because a contractor paused ads after capture or because an email bounced later.
