These terms are an agreement between you and Karacan LLC for the LeadPackData digital product sold at https://leadpackdata.com.

License

By purchasing this pack you receive a one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the Q4 2026 file for B2B outreach, CRM import, and calling the listed businesses. The file is advertiser intelligence built from public business websites and Meta Ad Library signals. It is not a consumer people database. Redistributing the raw file as a competing data product is not permitted.

Delivery

This is a digital product. After Stripe confirms payment, the ZIP is available immediately on the success page. No physical goods are shipped. Capture date is October 15, 2026. A business may pause ads after that date. Phone and email fields were taken from the company website available on capture and are not a guarantee of owner title or inbox reach.

Compliance

You are responsible for complying with applicable law (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and state privacy rules) when you contact the listed businesses.
